SPEEDY RECOVERY LOGISTICS

Driver Guide

From application to your first delivery. Steps involving screening and live deliveries are arranged separately from this website.

  1. Apply

Create an account and submit your driver application with your contact information, vehicle, availability, and service area.

  2. Check My Status

Sign in with the same email. My Status shows your application review, document request, and general orientation progress. Recruiting approval alone does not authorize deliveries.

  3. Submit Required Documents

After an administrator assigns your private Dropbox file request, upload your license, registration, insurance, W-9, and requested agreements there. Do not put patient information or background reports in the upload.

  4. Complete Orientation

Review the lessons and pass the 10-question knowledge check with 10 correct answers. If an answer is wrong, correct it and submit again; verify completion under My Status.

  5. Complete Separate Screening

If invited, review the screening provider’s separate disclosure and authorization before a background check is ordered. A website application or agreement is not screening consent.

  6. Wait for Operational Clearance

An administrator reviews documents, screening, agreements, and training. Delivery work starts only after you receive individual Track-POD credentials and instructions.

  7. Pick Up at the Pharmacy

Use your assigned route and the pharmacy’s handling instructions. Check the sealed package and any required barcode in the approved delivery system. Report damage or discrepancies to dispatch.

  8. Deliver and Record Proof

Follow recipient verification instructions. Record the actual handoff, signature, time, and outcome in the approved driver app; never mark a delivery complete before it is complete.

  9. Report Exceptions and Return

For an unsuccessful handoff, delay, or temperature concern, contact dispatch through the approved channel. Follow the originating pharmacy’s return instructions; do not store packages overnight.

Do not submit patient names, prescription addresses, medication details, photos, signatures, or live orders on this website.
