Already onboarded? Use your separately issued Track-POD account for orders and delivery work. Your website account is for applications, status, and general orientation.

Pharmacy delivery login

After your business is onboarded, use the Track-POD invitation sent to your business email to set up access.

  • Enter delivery orders or upload an agreed spreadsheet format.
  • Follow order progress and access proof of delivery.
  • Keep patient details and delivery documents in Track-POD.
Open Track-POD

Opens the external Track-POD sign-in page. Use your pharmacy invitation if it directs you to a different account page.

Driver delivery access

  1. Complete your application, orientation, screening, and agreements.
  2. Wait for Speedy Recovery Logistics to issue your Track-POD company ID and individual driver credentials.
  3. Install the official Track-POD driver app from your phone's app store and sign in there.

Review assigned routes and record scans, signatures, and delivery outcomes in the driver app. For a failed handoff, contact dispatch for return instructions; return stops are added by dispatch.

Need access or help signing in?

Contact the Speedy Recovery Logistics representative who onboarded you. A website application approval does not create a Track-POD account. Keep your credentials private and use Track-POD's recovery process for an existing account.
