Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using the Speedy Recovery Express application ("Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service. These Terms apply to patients receiving deliveries and to pharmacy partners who dispatch orders through the Service.

2. Description of Service

Speedy Recovery Express is a prescription delivery service that transports medication from a partner pharmacy to the patient's address. Deliveries pass through a central depot ("hub") where a pickup partner stages the package and a delivery partner collects it for last-mile delivery. The Service includes live tracking, proof-of-delivery capture, and cold-chain temperature monitoring.

3. Eligibility & Prescription Authorization

The Service delivers only prescriptions issued and filled by a licensed partner pharmacy. We do not prescribe, dispense, or substitute medication. All clinical responsibility remains with the prescribing provider and the dispensing pharmacy. You confirm that any delivery requested on your behalf is supported by a valid prescription.

4. Delivery Obligations

When you receive a delivery, you agree to the following:

• Be available, or have an authorized adult available, during the agreed delivery window.
• Provide accurate delivery address and access instructions.
• Provide a secure location for contactless delivery if requested.
• Confirm receipt by signature or the one-time PIN provided with your order, where required.

5. Controlled Substances

For Schedule II controlled substances, the Service is required to capture a photograph of a valid government-issued ID and to verify a tamper-evident seal before handoff. Delivery may be refused if identification cannot be verified. These requirements exist to comply with applicable law and cannot be waived.

6. Cold-Chain Handling

Refrigerated or frozen packages are handled within a monitored temperature range and may be photographed separately at pickup. The Service logs temperature readings; an excursion outside the safe range is flagged and may result in the package being held for pharmacy review rather than delivered.

7. Failed Deliveries & Rescheduling

If a delivery cannot be completed (patient not home, access issue, refused, or wrong address), the package is returned to the hub and the order is marked failed. The partner pharmacy will contact you to reschedule. Repeated failed attempts may result in the order being cancelled and returned to the pharmacy.

8. Proof of Delivery & Audit Records

The Service captures proof-of-delivery evidence, which may include package, building, and door photographs, GPS location, scan timestamps, and signatures. These records are retained for compliance and audit purposes and may be shared with the partner pharmacy or regulators as required.

9. Fees

Delivery fees, if any, are set by the partner pharmacy and disclosed at the time of order. The Service does not charge patients directly unless authorized by the pharmacy.

10. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

The Service is a logistics provider and is not a pharmacy, medical provider, or insurer. We do not guarantee the efficacy, safety, or suitability of any medication. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the delivery or use of any medication. Our total liability for a delivery is limited to the delivery fee paid for that order.

11. Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we handle protected health information and personal data. By using the Service you acknowledge that you have read the Privacy Policy.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted in the app. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

13. Governing Law & Contact
